Built in 1710 in Minsk, Belarus, as the church of the Jesuit College under Polish-Lithuanian rule, this Baroque Roman Catholic building became the local and then diocesan cathedral after the Jesuit Order was suppressed in 1773. It is the seat of the Archdiocese of Minsk-Mohilev. Soviet artillery destroyed its bell towers in 1951, and the building was returned to Catholic use in 1993.
