The Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Blaj, Alba County, Romania, is a Baroque Romanian Greek Catholic cathedral. Bishop Inocențiu Micu-Klein commissioned it in 1738, and Viennese architects Anton Erhard Martinelli and Johann Baptist Martinelli built it, completing it in 1749. Its two monumental towers were added when the building was extended in 1838.
