The Catholic Church Center St. Konrad stands on Stauffacherstrasse in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, a brutalist structure completed in 1971 by architect Walter Förderer. Built in béton brut (raw concrete), the building exemplifies the bold formal language of brutalism through its sculptural massing and exposed concrete surfaces. Recognized as a Swiss cultural property of regional significance at class B heritage status, the church center represents an important example of modernist religious architecture in Switzerland.
