The CBR Building in Watermael-Boitsfort, Brussels, is a New Brutalist office structure designed by Constantin Brodzki and Marcel Lambrichs and completed in 1970. Distinguished by its prefabricated modular façade of exposed white concrete—a material typically concealed but here celebrated as an integral design element—the building exemplifies functionalist principles of the late 1960s. Its bold display of raw concrete as both structural and aesthetic feature marks it as a significant example of Brutalist architecture in Belgium. The building was designated a protected monument by the Brussels-Capital Region in November 2018.
