Built in 1946, the Cecil I. and Mildred H. Dimick House in Orem, Utah, is a single-family residence and a rare example of Art Moderne design in the region. Constructed during the agrarian and war-time economy of its era, the house exemplifies the streamlined aesthetic of Moderne architecture, a style seldom seen in Utah at the time. The property was recognized for its architectural significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
