The Cenacle is a room on Mount Zion in Jerusalem, just outside the Old City walls, traditionally held to be the site of the Last Supper. Christian tradition also associates it with the apostles' gathering after the Last Supper and with the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. The room forms part of a building that also holds what is known as David's Tomb on its ground floor, and the site is administered by the Israeli authorities.
