Central Park Place is a residential condominium tower at 301 West 57th Street, on the northwest corner of Eighth Avenue in the Hell's Kitchen and Midtown neighborhoods of Manhattan. Designed by Davis Brody Bond and completed in 1988, the 56-story building stands 628 feet (191 m) tall and is clad in gray-green glass and aluminum panels, a palette intended to associate it with nearby Central Park.
