Ceres is an octagonal smock mill in Bovenkarspel, in the Stede Broec municipality of the Netherlands, and a Rijksmonument. Built in 1849 as a corn mill, it reuses the wooden frame of De Oude Haas, an oil mill from Zaandijk. Renamed Ceres in 1908 after a local agricultural cooperative bought it, it still operates as a gristmill run by volunteers and was restored and reopened in 2022 after a severe fire in 2019.
