The Chapel of All Saints stands on a municipal cemetery on Litewska Street in the Sobów district of Tarnobrzeg, Poland. Initiated by Michał Józefczyk, provost of the Serbinów parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, it was built from early 2009 until the end of October that year. Its architecture is functionalist.
