The Chapel of the Most Blessed Sacrament is the main and largest chapel of De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, on the second floor of the southernmost wing of St. La Salle Hall, the university's oldest building. Designed in Art Deco style by Tomás Mapúa and built in the 1930s, its narra pews carried the Signum Fidei Star, the symbol of the De La Salle Brothers. In February 1945, during the liberation of Manila, retreating Japanese troops killed at least 60 civilians who had sought refuge inside.
