Built in 1890 in Pueblo, Colorado, the Charles H. Stickney House is a single-family residence designed by New York architect William Halsey Wood and constructed under the supervision of Pueblo architect Frederick Albert Hale. The home exemplifies Norman architecture, a style uncommon in Pueblo at the time, distinguished by two towers, an arched entrance, and applied shingled detailing. Deemed significant for its unusual design, interesting use of materials, and association with Charles Stickney—a banker who moved to Pueblo in 1887 and founded the investment banking firm Charles H. Stickney Co. in 1892—the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
