The Charles Lais House is a Queen Anne style house in Sacramento, California, built in 1896 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Commissioned by Charles Lais, a Southern Pacific Railroad employee, it had its third floor used as a rooming house. A 1980 fire destroyed the back end of the house and 50 percent of the roof, and it was restored in 1982.
