The Charles Madden House, at 302 E. South Central St. in Tennille, Georgia, is a single-family home built in 1899 in the Queen Anne style. Designed by architect Charles E. Choate, it is a small one-story house and a very intact example of the style, with its original floor plan and massing preserved. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994, and it is the only documented Choate commission for a Black client.
