The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation Building, formerly the Union Industrial Bank Building, is a 16-story Art Deco office high-rise in downtown Flint, Michigan, and the tallest building in the city. Designed by Wirt C. Rowland and opened in 1930 as the headquarters of Union Industrial Bank, it used Nirosta stainless steel for decorative work in its public spaces and aluminum for storefronts and window frames. Charles Stewart Mott later bought the building, and it became the foundation's headquarters.
