The Charles W. and Nellie Perkins House is a 2½-story, wood-frame Queen Anne house in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Local architect Charles A. Dieman designed it, and it was completed in 1897 for Charles Perkins, who had worked as a cashier at life insurance companies. Its corner tower has a conical roof, and its front porch has round-arched brick columns. By 1928 the house had been converted into an eight-plex, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
