The Chase County Courthouse stands on Broadway between 9th and 10th Streets in Imperial, Nebraska. Built in 1910–1912 of dark brick with limestone trim, it was designed by A. T. Simmons of Bloomington, Illinois, whose later work includes the Dundy County Courthouse in neighboring Dundy County. Its Jacobethan features are unique among Nebraska courthouses. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
