Château d'Yquem is a winery in Sauternes, in the Graves region of the southern Bordeaux vineyards, France. It holds the rank of Premier Cru Supérieur, the only Sauternes given this rating in the Bordeaux Official Classification of 1855. Its sweet wines owe much of their success to noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) and are noted for complexity and balancing acidity. The estate has produced the dry white Ygrec since 1959, and it is listed as a monument historique.
