The Château des Milandes is a Renaissance manor house in Castelnaud-la-Chapelle in the Dordogne, France, built by François de Caumont around 1489. Until 1535 it was the main home of the lords of Caumont, who preferred it to the uncomfortable medieval castle nearby. The entertainer Josephine Baker rented it in 1940, used it as a base for resistance activity after the German invasion of Paris, and bought it in 1947. It has been a monument historique since 1986.
