The Church-Mosque of Ulcinj, also known as the Imperial Mosque, Halil Skura Mosque, Kalaja Mosque, or Church of St. Maria, stands in the coastal town of Ulcinj, Montenegro. Built in 1510 from rock, the structure blends Ottoman and Renaissance architectural traditions, reflecting its complex religious history. Originally constructed as a church dedicated to St. Maria, it was later converted into a mosque and served both faiths across centuries. Today it functions as a museum, preserving its layered past as a testament to the region's shifting cultural and religious landscape.
