Built in 2003 on the site of the Ipatiev House in Yekaterinburg, the Church on Blood in Honour of All Saints Resplendent in the Russian Land is a Russian Orthodox church designed by Grigory Mazaev. Executed in Neo-Byzantine style, the brick structure rises 60 meters and commemorates the Romanov family—Tsar Nicholas II, his family, and household members—who were murdered at the location during the Russian Civil War. The church's dedication to the Romanovs reflects their later canonization as saints within the Russian Orthodox tradition.
