The Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) is a Lutheran church in Dresden, Germany, built in the Baroque style to designs by George Bähr, with its foundation stone laid on 26 August 1726. It featured one of the largest domes in Europe. Destroyed in the Allied firebombing of Dresden near the end of World War II, it was rebuilt between 1994 and 2005 and reconsecrated on 30 October 2005.
