The Church of Saint Ildefonso stands near Batalha Square in Porto, Portugal. Completed in 1739 in a proto-Baroque style, it is known for its retable by the Italian artist Nicolau Nasoni and a façade of azulejo tilework dating from 1932. The church is named in honour of Ildephonsus of Toledo, bishop of Toledo from 657 until his death in 667.
