Sant'Andrea is a Romanesque pieve in Pistoia, Tuscany, dedicated to St. Andrew the Apostle and long used as a baptismal church by surrounding village congregations. Its façade displays the bichrome marble decoration typical of Pistoiese Romanesque, executed in the mid-12th century by Gruamonte and his brother Adeodatus, whose portal architrave depicts the rare "Journey of the Magi," a subject reflecting the church's position on the Via Francigena. The church also contains a pulpit by Giovanni Pisano.
