The Cathedral of St. Vincent and St. James in Wrocław's Old Town is a brick Gothic structure begun in 1256, serving as the seat of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Wrocław. Built from brick in the distinctive Brick Gothic style characteristic of medieval Poland, the cathedral stands as both an architectural landmark and a burial site for Polish monarchs. Designated a Historic Monument of Poland alongside the Old Town itself, the cathedral remains one of the region's significant examples of Gothic ecclesiastical architecture.
