City Garage Yard and Fire Drill Tower, also known as City Place, is a historic municipal services complex in Durham, North Carolina, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. Its largely one-story City Garage, built in 1927 and expanded over later decades, is an expansive polygonal structure with arcaded bays and stepped, rounded parapets. Beside it rises the narrow six-story Fire Drill Tower, completed in 1928, which is distinguished by pilasters, blind arches, and round-arched belfry openings.
