City Place I is a modern skyscraper at 185 Asylum Street in Hartford, Connecticut, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Its 38 stories rise about 164 metres (537 feet), making it the tallest building in Connecticut. Completed in 1984, it holds mostly office space, with restaurants and retail on the lower floors.
