The Collegium Maius is a Gothic building in Kraków's Old Town, at the corner of Jagiellońska and Świętej Anny streets near the Main Square. Dating from the 14th century, it is the oldest building of the Jagiellonian University and houses the university's museum. Restorations from 1949 to 1964, undertaken on the initiative of Prof. Karol Estreicher, returned it to its appearance before 1840.
