The Colleton County Courthouse stands at the corner of Jeffries and Hampton Streets in Walterboro, South Carolina. Built in 1820 and designed by Robert Mills, it is an example of Greek Revival architecture. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971, partly because the first meeting on nullification was held there in 1828.
