The Conoco-Phillips Building is a 22-story modern office tower in downtown Anchorage, Alaska, and the tallest building in both the city and the state. Designed by the Luckman Partnership of Los Angeles with local firm Harold Wirum & Associates, it was originally named the ARCO Tower and was constructed between 1981 and 1983. Its sky-lit public atrium, with a small food court and water fountain, connects the main tower to a smaller office tower.
