Designed by Nikken Sekkei in collaboration with the Supreme Court of Japan's administrative bureau, the building consolidates multiple judicial functions under one roof, reflecting contemporary Japanese governance architecture that prioritizes institutional efficiency and accessibility in the administration of justice.
