The Craigie Flour Mill Historical Marker is a wayside rest on Minnesota State Highway 78 in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, designed by landscape architect Arthur R. Nichols in National Park Service Rustic style. It commemorates James Craigie, who built the county's first grist mill in 1870 with millstones and a wheel imported from Scotland. Its monument incorporates the millstones and iron water wheel, an unusual feature for Nichols's markers. It replaced a 1939 steel plaque erected by the Otter Tail County Historical Society.
