The Cuevas Blancas Windmill, also called the White Caves Mill, stands in Santa María del Mar, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of Tenerife. Conical in form, about 4 metres in diameter and roughly 10 metres tall, it has three floors and a pointed roof housing a wooden turning mechanism. It was used to make gofio, a flour from the Canary Islands. Restored in 1974, it has since been abandoned, and it was listed as a Bien de Interés Cultural on 18 December 2007.
