The Culver Randel House and Mill stands along Randall Avenue (NY 94) and Browns Creek at the northern edge of the village of Florida, New York. Culver built the mill around 1830 and the house about twenty years later; the house is an excellent example of the Picturesque aesthetic applied to an Italianate design. Both buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
