Darnall's Chance is a Georgian-style brick mansion at 14800 Governor Oden Bowie Drive in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, Maryland, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built around 1742 by the merchant James Wardrop, who bought land from the Darnall family, it takes its name from Colonel Henry Darnall, a wealthy Roman Catholic planter and Proprietary Agent of Charles Calvert, 3rd Baron Baltimore. The house now contains the Darnall's Chance House Museum, which opened to the public in 1988.
