The Dawes County Courthouse stands on South Main Street between 4th and 5th Streets in Chadron, Nebraska, and serves as the seat of Dawes County. Built in 1935 in the Art Deco style to designs by John Latenser & Sons, it was placed at the end of the courthouse square it overlooks, because it replaced an older courthouse at the centre that remained in use during construction and was later removed. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
