De Arend is a stellingmill (a windmill built on a wooden framework rather than a masonry base) located in Zuidland within the municipality of Nissewaard in the Netherlands. Protected as a Rijksmonument, this timber-framed windmill represents a distinctive regional type of Dutch mill construction that was common in low-lying areas where traditional stone foundations were impractical.
