De Bonte Hen, also known as The Spotted Hen, is a stellingmill and oil mill in the Zaanse Schans area of Zaanstad, Netherlands, and the northernmost of the mills there. The original mill was built in 1693 and rebuilt in 1935, then restored in 1975, after which it has operated weekly on a voluntary basis. It is a Rijksmonument and still contains its original oil cellars, used to store the oil made at the mill.
