De Gooyer is a windmill in Amsterdam, standing between Funenkade and Zeeburgerstraat, and it is the tallest wooden mill in the Netherlands at 26.6 metres. Built in 1814 on a stone foundation with an octagonal wooden body, it is a registered Rijksmonument owned by the municipality. Its name dates from around 1609, when it belonged to the brothers Claes and Jan Willemsz from Gooiland. Although its blades are functional, the mill drives no grinding mechanism and is not open to visitors.
