De Huisman is a small octagonal stellingmill in Zaanstad, Netherlands, standing on the Zaanse Schans since 1955, beside the warehouse De Haan. Probably built in 1786 on the Blauwe Pad in Zaandam, it has served as a snuff mill, a mustard mill and a saw mill. Today it is a Rijksmonument owned by the Vereniging De Zaansche Molen, and it mills mustard seed by modern, non-wind means.
