De Valk is a tower mill and museum in Leiden, Netherlands, and a Rijksmonument. It is the third mill to stand on this site: a post mill named "De Valck" was built in 1611, replaced in 1667 by a wooden post mill, and a taller tower mill was erected in 1743. Originally equipped with six mill stones, it housed two dwellings, first for its two owners and later for the miller and his assistant. It became a municipal museum in June 1966 and became operational again in 2000, resuming milling.
