The building named in the brief, Delano Las Vegas, is a 43-story hotel within the Mandalay Bay complex on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It opened in December 2003 as THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, was rebranded as the Delano after a renovation begun in 2014, and was rebranded again as W Las Vegas in December 2024.
