The Detroit Masonic Temple, at 500 Temple Street in Detroit's Cass Corridor neighborhood, is the world's largest Masonic temple. Architect George D. Mason designed the neo-Gothic limestone building, which rises 16 floors and 210 feet and contains 1,037 rooms, including three theaters and a clear-span drill hall. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1980.
