The Devonshire Arms Hotel is a former pub at 38 Fitzroy Street, Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia, built in 1843 in the Georgian style with bluestone, brick and corrugated galvanised iron. Erected and owned for fifty years by local entrepreneur Francis Clark, it operated as a hotel until 1920 and is described as Fitzroy's oldest surviving building and Melbourne's oldest known extant hotel. It is now part of St Vincent's Hospital and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
