Dr. Henry Leetch House is a historic cure cottage in Saranac Lake, in the town of North Elba, Essex County, New York. Built between 1931 and 1932, the two-story wood-frame house sits on a fieldstone foundation beneath a gable roof in the Tudor Revival style. Local architect William L. Distin designed it for Dr. Henry Leetch, a tuberculosis specialist who had the disease himself. Its cure porches, one over the garage and one at the rear, reflect its purpose. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
