The Dudhsagar Dairy plant in Mehsana, Gujarat, is a milk processing facility designed by architect Achyut Kanvinde and completed in 1973. Built for the Dudhsagar Dairy cooperative, the structure exemplifies postmodern brutalism, blending the raw, sculptural forms characteristic of brutalist design with postmodern sensibilities. Commissioned in 1970, the plant represents a significant example of industrial architecture in India during the early 1970s.
