The DuMont Building, also known as 515 Madison Avenue, is a 42-story skyscraper at 53rd Street and Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Built in 1931 in the Art Deco and neo-Gothic styles, it rises 162 metres (532 feet). Its architect, J.E.R. Carpenter, designed it, and his brother John H. Carpenter built it.
