The E. Payne Palmer House is a Colonial Revival home on Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, and a listed place on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1925, it is a Gordon-Van Tine "Brentwood" model, a pre-cut catalog kit house whose design appeared on the company's catalog cover in the mid to late 1920s. The house is named for E. Payne Palmer, a noted Phoenix physician who later owned it.
