The Wilton Paes de Almeida Building was a high-rise in Largo do Paissandú, São Paulo, Brazil, designed by Roger Zmekhol in the modern style and built during the 1960s as the headquarters of Almeida de Paes, an importer of Belgian glass. Known as the "Skin of Glass" (Pele de Vidro), it was listed as a historic building in 1992. It housed the Federal Police in São Paulo from the 1980s until 2003, after which squatters occupied it. A fire caused it to collapse on 1 May 2018, killing at least seven people.
