The Edwin DeVries Vanderhoop Homestead is a Victorian-style house at 35 South Road in Aquinnah, Massachusetts, built around 1890. It is the first house built by a member of the Vanderhoop family, which is prominent in Aquinnah town politics and in the tribal organization of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, it now operates as the Aquinnah Cultural Center, a museum with exhibits on tribal history and culture.
