Église Sainte-Élisabeth-de-Hongrie is a Roman Catholic church at 195 rue du Temple, near Place de la République in Paris's 3rd arrondissement, named for the 13th-century Hungarian princess Saint Elizabeth of Hungary. Marie de Médicis laid its first stone in 1628, and its facade was inspired by the Church of the Gesù in Rome and Jesuit style. Later architecture drew on Beaux-Arts and neoclassical influences, and the church was classified as a historic monument of France in 1937.
